First-time Setup
If you have never setup your voicemail box, press the Voicemail key on your phone and follow the verbal instructions.
Listening to Messages
Listening to Messages
To access your mailbox:
- Dial *11 or press the Voicemail key
- If prompted, enter your mailbox number (typically your extension)
- If prompted, enter your mailbox password
- Press 1 to listen to the first message
Mailbox Options
Mailbox Options
To record your greetings and set your mailbox pin, enter your mailbox and press 0 for Mailbox Options.
The available options are:
- 1 – Record your unavailable message
- This greeting is played when you do not answer a call
- 2 – Record your busy message
- This greeting is played when you are on the phone or reject a call
- 3 – Record your name
- This name may be played to callers depending on your mailbox configuration
- 4 – Record your temporary greeting
- This greeting can be enabled temporarily without erasing your normal greeting
- Use this menu to record, delete, activate, or deactivate your temporary greeting
- 5 – Change your password
- Set a password to prevent unauthorized access to your messages
- * – Return to the main menu

Options While Listening to Messages
While listening to a message, you have the following options:
- 1 – Listen to new messages
- 2 – Change folders
- 3 – Advanced options
- 4 – Play the previous message
- 5 – Repeat the current message
- 6 – Play the next message
- 7 – Delete or undelete the current message
- 8 – Forward the message to another mailbox
- 9 – Save the message
- 0 – Mailbox options
