Using the Directory

To look up a person by name using the directory:

1. Press the Directory key
2. Use the number keys to enter the first few letters of the person's first or last name
3. For example, to find someone named John, you can type “Jo” by pressing 5 6 6 6
4. Press Submit when you are finished typing
5. Use the directional keys to select the person you want to call, then lift the receiver or press the Dial key
